Along with seven other U.S. small businesses, Praescient Analytics has been recognized as a finalist in the Tournament of Veteran Champions. By the end the competition, sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring Our Heroes program and Spike TV’s Hire a Veteran Initiative, America’s most veteran-friendly company will be revealed. On April 18th, Praescient’s leadership team and several key employees attended the Association for Corporate Growth National Capital chapter Corporate Growth Award Gala at the luxurious Ritz-Carlton in Tysons Corner. These Praescient representatives joined their fellow distinguished Washington-area business leaders for an evening that recognized the most financially successful companies in the region. Praescient’s own Michael Doyle was the subject of a recent profile piece on the March 13th edition of NBC Washington’s 4 o’clock News. Michael spoke about the challenges related to his transition from the Marine Corps to civilian life. With the help of a Chamber of Commerce initiative known as Hiring Our Heroes, Praescient’s recruiters connected with Michael at a career fair aimed at helping veterans secure employment.
